Assam

This district in Northern India is the source of some of the finest black and British style teas; pure Assam is the classic Irish Breakfast tea. Darjeeling

Often referred to as the "champagne of teas," Darjeelings are prized for their delicate flavor and aroma; the liquor ranges in color from golden yellow to rich amber. Darjeeling teas can be floral, nutty, or even have delicate muscat notes, so there truly is a Darjeeling that will appeal to almost every taste. Nilgiri

Bright and flavorful, Nilgiri teas offer a clean and smooth flavor. Nestled among the mountains at the southern tip of India, the district of Nilgiri is situated at the ideal altitude for tea bushes. These flavorful teas are excellent with the addition of a little milk. Because of the unique geographical location of the Nilgiri district, there are two plucking seasons that fall in between the Indian monsoons. Nilgiri Teas are available in the following grades:

CTC Teas

Cut, Tear and Curl describes a machine, which literally cuts, tears and curls the withered leaf, breaking the leaf veins. This releases the juices or enzymes of the leaf and completes the second stage of manufacture. CTC Teas are available in the following grades:
