Happy Hearts - Researchers believe that various flavours contained in tea may reduce the risk of heart disease in a number of ways. Yet, the evidence is not consistent, but many studies have started that tea consumption is linked to reduction of strokes and heart disease. Exemplary indeed, a recent analysis of all studies tracing the relationship between intake of tea and Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) brought about a conclusion that drinking of tea a day can reduce the 11% risk of CHD. |
