To achieve this, we take all the necessary steps to comply with the requirements of our Quality Management System and continually improve its effectiveness. We have a passion for freshness that ensures that all the teas we pack are freshly blended and maintain an optimal stock cover to ensure quick rotation. We also check our blended teas and final product samples in the QA Lab by specialized tasters and QA personnel prior to shipments. This ensures that our products are committed to the highest quality standards.

Food Safety Policy of the Company
We are committed to customer satisfaction by assuring best quality products at all times to comply with all food safety requirements to safeguard the image of the company. Food safety hazards is identified and controlled as per codex Alimentations and Critical Control Point System Hazards Analysis guidelines.

Food Safety Management System
Our blending and warehousing facility has implemented the Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) Food Safety Management Standard in order to satisfy customers with a safety guaranteed product with high quality. In HACCP Food Safety Management System all the food safety requirements relevant to the specific processes are identified, established and maintained to comply with the international Codex Alimentations Commission Guidelines and thereby to maximize the end user satisfaction with a safety guaranteed product.
