The leaves of the white-flavoured evergreen plant known as ‘Camellia sinensis’ when dried and curled turns into tea. In China, tea has been produced for almost 3000 years. There are about hundred varieties of teas, but almost all fall into three main categories namely black, green and Oolong tea. They are categorized by the method that is implemented in processing the leaves.
